I also have a greyhound who likes to run the length, turn around, and run back again. She really tears up the lawn on both ends as she slows down to turn and take off again. I need to re-seed or re-sod most of this strip and want to know if there is a hearty grass that can support this kind of rough treatment in the Boston area. If you are in the right climate as you point out, it can be a dream grass with so many positives it is hard to believe.
